Buys lunch or transport for 1 young carer on a Making Memories  activity day
Ensures 2 young carers can attend youth group
Means 1 young carer can attend Tempo group

But £5 each month for a year  could mean:

5 young carers receive Level Up support
1 young carer can enjoy a full Making Memories activity day

£10 a month

Means 2 young carers can access tempo group
Allows 2 children transport for a Making Memories activity day

But £10 each month for a year  could mean:

2 young carers can enjoy a full Making Memories activity day
6 young carers can receive a Christmas bag
8 young carers get Level Up support
8 young carers can enjoy an arts and crafts day
1 young carer benefits from one week on our Employability course

£15 a month

Pays for 2 young carers to attend an arts & crafts activity day
Pays for 1 young carer to receive level up support
One day on the employability course for 1 young carer

But £15 each month for a year  could mean:

3 young carers can enjoy a Making Memories activity day
12 young carers receive Level Up support
24 young carers can enjoy arts & crafts activity days
9 young carers will receive a Christmas bag

WHAT DO MEMBERS GET?

When you join the Change Makers club, you can choose to sign up to receive a regular Change Makers newsletter – showing you the impact that your money is making. These will feature interviews with young carers, updates on activities, and a fundraising news.

As a Change Maker, we also want you to wear your care with pride. So, regular donors will be gifted a special Change Makers t shirt once they’ve been with us for six months.
